I like the content and do hope the constructions will be completed very soon.Now I feel like in hometown though I am far away from home, getting so many informations about our community.I again thank all the active members of the website for your hard work. And I would like get more information about Silchar as I am originally from Baromuni.

I am Sunit Sinha from Bangalore. I am originally from Guwahati, my father and mother both are from Hingala. I heard about this project from Jyotirmoy da itself quite a few days back while I was in Delhi on vacation. I honestly appreaciate the work and effort that He and his friends have made in bringing out this project. It's a superb concept and I truly believe that this will surely help all the BMs located in different parts of the Country and Abroad also to communicate and know each other well and better. In fact they have brought all the BMs under one shed with this attempt.

                I have read the article written by Sukanta Sinha and really like every Bishnupriya Manipuri even I am proud of myself to be a Bishnupriya Manipuri. As Sukanta rightly said the excitement of going to my native land is poles apart. Although we live in a world where we get multiple varieties of ready food but still I am not able to forget my village Bilorgang where I get the fragrance of lonchak, paltoi, phakpoi, koraichinchu, matwa kacha moroksi lo metkoriya etc. Really, it’s feelings are something different which one cannot get anywhere else in this universe. Whenever I go through this Bishnupriya Manipuri website it really carries away to my sweet village somewhere near baha gaasor tole where I use to play in my childhood days……

I really liked the chakchabi in the banner. Hope to see more colours of our BM accessories. Please do incorporate a downloadable BM Calender which will feature all the important festivals / porbo / purnima/ amabaishya/ grohon/ sadhubaba tithi/ Sudeshna ningshing tithi etc. so that people can prepare in advance for the porbo.

I have no words to explain how proud I am feeling as a Bishnupriya Manipuri. Henry, fantastic article on Late Bimal Sinha. It is a courageous one indeed. Although I have not heard of Ishalpa Braja Kumar, but its an education for me as well. Nice interview guys.
